Session Fees

Our fees vary depending on the psychologist, please contact our staff to discuss your referral so they can advise you regarding the appropriate fee.

 

You may also be eligible for a rebate from Medicare for a portion of the fee. To find out if this applies to you and how to obtain a rebate, download The Australian Psychological Society - Medicare Fact Sheet or feel free to contact us to discuss your eligibility.

 

You may also be eligible to claim a rebate from your Private Health insurer. Please check with your private health care provider to determine your cover.

 

Some of our psychologists also accept referrals from NDIS, Workcover, TAC, EAP providers (Davidson Trahaire Corpsych; Access Programs, St Lukes, Golden City Bendigo, Eudoxia, OARS), Private Health Insurers, Victims of Crime and Veterans Affairs.

Appointment Cancellations

Reminder/confirmation texts are sent 48 hours before your appointment in order to give you ample time to reschedule or cancel the appointment.  We have a strict cancellation fee with all cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment incurring a fee. Cancellations on the day of appointment or non- attendance will be charged at full consultation rate. You may be asked to provide valid credit card details upon booking initial appointment and in case of a late cancellation the fee will be charged to the card provided.

We kindly ask that you do not send text messages cancelling appointments to our phone number as it cannot receive text messages. 

 

 We ask that in choosing to be a client of our service you commit to contacting us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment, or you accept responsibility for payment of the cancellation fee or for the engagement of our debt collection service.

How Do I Pay?

Session fees are paid for at the end of each session.  

We accept cash as payment, and also offer EFTPOS (credit or debit card) facilities and direct transfers.

In most cases we are able to provide medicare rebates on the day or day after your appointment through our automated system. Please ensure that your banking details are registered with medicare in order to receive your rebate.
